Shipping and Returns


Our cushions are large and heavy, and we aim to provide free shipping within the continental United States by working with Amazon as our shipping partner. All orders are processed and shipped from various Amazon fulfillment centers throughout the U.S. Orders are generally processed within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with the exception of products that are listed as backordered or pre-orders.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email.

Once you've placed the order, please be advised that you will receive a confirmation e-mail that confirms receipt of your order. Should we be unable to process your order in full due to an item/s being out of stock, you will only be charged for available items & your invoice & order confirmation will be updated accordingly. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an e-mail notification with updated shipping information.

Unfortunately, we are not accepting international orders at the moment. Please check back as we are working hard to open up international fulfillment!


We are happy to offer a refund or store credit for unused items you were not satisfied with. Please notify us within 10 days of receiving the item at with the reason for return and specify if you would like a refund or store credit. You must have communicated with someone from our team to obtain a mailing address to return your item. You may send the item back using your desired shipping method at your own expense within 30 days. The item must be unused in its original condition and original packaging.  Refund will be put back to original payment method once received.
